Pictures are before the horrendous cleanup and repairs we had to do. There was so much trash on the properties, we filled the dumpster multiple times and needed to live in our van for 3 weeks during cleanup.

Below the layers of garbage, the houses were filled with rotting wood, black mold, and rat nests within the walls. Extensive rennovations were needed. This is why these homes didn't sell!
