Title to Maui Properties Purchased by Kirk Giordano »
Kirk's title report was a historical record, written and recorded by a professional licensed real estate attorney, therefore unchallengeable. Unless actual proof of redemption was made possible - it never was, as it didn't exist.
As stated on the title report, Kimberly had legally quit-claimed any and all of her rights away in 2001. Her mother wrote this quit-claim, who then had her attorney record and attach to the title; this document legally superseded all past deeds. This fact cannot be contested as it's a matter of public record or history noted and recorded. (This is confirmed by Dow Patten, a specialized attorney, as shown below.)

We had a consultation with an attorney, Dow Patten, who formally specialized in Hawaiian real estate redemption laws.
Mr. Patten confirmed our suspicions, that Kimberly could not buy back an interest in the property since allowing her to do so would violate two laws in Hawaii.

Please also note: Matson Fredrick Kelly does indeed own Kirk's Maui homes, despite the law strictly opposing all third parties from gaining ownership and profiting from Hawaii's well-written redemption rule of law. Professional attorneys created this law with the intent not to allow what attorney/per diem judge, Matson Kelley (with the help of his Mentor, Maui's chief judge Joseph E. Cardoza) actually did.
Judge Cardoza has manipulated the Maui court system as perhaps he felt between the attorneys he held in his back pocket and time that they could financially break and blackmail me into not exposing their crime.
